3. change the slide to match my attachment then write a script that goes over every step and how it flows from bottom to top.
4. this is the criteris that the slide should follow:
- How the Company Creates Value- James
- Present a clear cause-and-effect explanation of how capabilities drive processes, which drive customer outcomes, which drive financial results
- This slide must take the form of a one-slide strategy map that visually displays the causal relationships across the four perspectives (Learning & Growth → Internal Process → Customer → Financial)
- The strategy map should:
- Include 2-3 high-priority strategic objectives per perspective
- Use concise phrases (no full sentences)
- Show directional arrows indicating cause-and-effect logic
- Present strategic objectives (constructs), not operationalized metrics
