Format: Word, English, APA style, minimum length of 15 pages.
Content requirements: Refer to the course syllabus for the Financial Project component (35%); Professor requires that analyses be based on real-world case studies relevant to his own work/institution. Each student is required to complete a final project based on personal experience. The final project should effectively embody the theoretical tools and methods covered in this course,particularly highlighting several key strategic modules of operations management.Each student must analyze the problems in their chosen project (and provide solutions) or explain the reasons for its success, using the knowledge acquired in class to interpret phenomena or solve problems.
