Overview
Our world is changing rapidly with the advent of new technologies and business practices. Looking into the future 20 years down the road, what does a successful company look like to you? How will companies be evaluated by the financial markets? Please explore all aspects of strategic management and decision making as you project and predict what that futuristic company looks like. Are they a local company? Regional? International? How do they treat their employees? What industries do they participate in? Hospitality, Finance, Technology, Transportation, Retail, etc. etc.
Please use this paper to think "out of the box". There are no "right or wrong" answers for this exploration. The student must demonstrate their willingness and ability to take the assignment seriously by probing areas of interest to them. In most instances, students will be working for these futuristic companies 20 years down the line.
Requirement: a 2-3 page paper (minimum of 500 words in a Word Document. 1 Inch margins.
