Overview
This is a group exercise! The exercise challenges you to develop a briefing that justifies and defends the decisions presented as you assume the role of a Defense Secretary. Each group will be scheduled to present a brief of the results during Week 12.
Please read the instructions and use the CSBA Tool to obtain data and prepare a PowerPoint brief that exhibits the following information:
1) Cover Slide with Team Members
2) Adds/Cuts Screenshot and Strategy Description
3) Specific Program Cut (highlights) and Analysis
4) Risks/Fallout from Choices
5) Risk Mitigation Strategy
6) Optional: Specific Program Investments (if any made) - Highlight Programs and Reason
