Using the Individual Profiles, you must select and justify a team of six that can meet the challenge under the following conditions:

Your goal is to propose a team with the right mix of work experience, emotional intelligence, personality, communication modes and styles, and conflict management skills while ensuring collaboration, cohesion, and morale under pressure to achieve strong results.

Take notes in the "Comments" section for each team member profile to justify your selections. Take into consideration their work experience, emotional intelligence, personality, etc. Submit the generated .pdf copy of your compatible team.
Step Two: Presentation
Create a narrated 10-12-minute video presentation using a tool such as Loom, Zoom, YouTube, Screencastify, or VoiceThread.
Your presentation should include 12-15 content slides (excluding the introduction, conclusion, and reference slides) addressing the following:
