Strategic Plan
The Green Harvest Executive Team has asked for your help on one final project. You have been asked to create a strategic plan for the company. Your plan, in slideshow format with detailed speaker notes, should include:
- Organization's Objective
- Vision, Mission and Goals (write these based on your understanding)
- Operations Process
- Explain how Green Harvest generates revenue
- Explain external factors affecting the organization (PESTLE)
- Who are the stakeholders of the organization (how do they influence decision making)?
- Use SWOT, Porters Five Forces, Value Chain Analysis to review Green Harvest's position in the marketplace (use any of the listed approaches)
- Evaluate strength and weaknesses of current business strategies
- Develop a comparative analysis of competitive market
- What appear to be the core values of Green Harvest (Social, cultural, environmental, ethical and business)?
- What strategic options will you suggest based on your assessment of the organization?
Be sure to use clear headings on each slide and specifically call out where each question is addressed in your submission in the detailed speaker notes.

Submission Guidelines
- Your slideshow presentation should be 18 slides in length, not including the title slide and references slide.
- Detailed speaker notes are required on each slide.
- You may use PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar software. See Visual PresentationsLinks to an external site. for additional guidance to help you get started.
- Your presentation must be formatted according to APA guidelines in the CSU Global Writing Center (available in the left-hand navigation panel).
- Your claims should be supported by evidence. Include at least 4 credible sources. The CSU Global Library (available in the left-hand navigation panel) is a good place to find these references.
- All references must be cited on the slide or speaker notes and listed on the references slide, according to APA formatting.
