This project is designed to enhance your knowledge of business intelligence and enable you to apply some of the theories in practice. The project will involve developing a business plan to leverage business intelligence for improving one existing business operation.
The project should include an analysis of the organization, its business plan, strategies, tactics, and a process for implementing business intelligence and technology/analytics enablers. The scope of this project is broad and requires sustained effort.
