- Read the appreciation article for this week.
- Observe how appreciation and narcissism impact performance.
- Increase the amount of appreciation you show to others at work and note when others show appreciation to you. Record your observations about how others and you react to appreciation. What effects did increased appreciation have on performance? Take notes on the effects you noticed and identify and support the effects with concepts from this course.
- Note possible narcissistic behaviors in yourself and others. Record your observations about how others react to narcissistic behaviors. What effects did perceived narcissistic behaviors have on performance? Support your observations with concepts from the course.
- Create a journal to record your observations and reflections.
- Submit your journal as a Word document.
