Define three goals using the SMART format (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Timely)

Goals must be 8 weeks and start from the submission due date and end 8 weeks later. No goals that

stretch on forever, or goals where results are not known before evaluation assignments begin.

At least one goal must be a "stretch goal" with roughly a 50/50 chance of completion

All goals must be within your personal control and show measurable progress within 8 weeks

Goals can be scholastic, work-related, or personal.

All tasks in support of a goal must have start/end dates and be within the 8 week period.

Writing must be professional-level (see next page).
