Overview
I am looking for a tutor with proven experience in CIPD Level 5, specifically 5CO01 – Organisational Performance and Culture in Practice.
The assignment must be completed strictly in line with the official CIPD assessment brief and fully applied to the Artiron Motors case study.
Requirements:
- Approx. 4,550 words (12 questions / 12 ACs)
- UK English
- Harvard referencing
- Minimum 15 recent and credible references (including CIPD sources)
- Clear structure using Q1–Q12 headings
The work must:
- Be fully case study based (not generic)
- Apply relevant theories and models
- Meet the command verb for each AC (Evaluate, Analyse, Assess, Explain, Discuss)
- Demonstrate critical analysis with strong application
- Be written to High Pass standard with no unnecessary wording or AI-style content.
