PART 2: Organizational Analysis Presentation – Sept 19th
Deliverable: A 15 – 20 minute video presentation examining internal organizational health, structure, and strategic readiness. This presentation will be videoed and emailed to the professor, and the PowerPoint presentation will be submitted on TWU Moodle.
Clear articulation of 9 building blocks. Identify strengths, weaknesses and dependencies.
2. Organizational Structure & Governance
Evaluate whether the structure supports current and future strategic direction.
3. Leadership & Governance Review
Assess leadership capabilities, culture, decision-making speed, and managerial depth.
4. Operational Capability Assessment
Identify core competencies and key gaps limiting scalability or performance.
5. Cultural Assessment & Integration Risk
Highlight culture-related friction points relevant to acquisition integration. Will the acquisition fit the parent company’s portfolio approach? Areas requiring restructuring or capability development.
