The "Six Sourcing Strategies" (Heizer et al., 2022, pp. 445-447) delineates common strategies for operations sourcing (Many Suppliers, Few Suppliers, Vertical Integration, Joint Venture, Keiretsu Networks, Virtual Companies). To gain a deeper understanding, you are each going to create an initial discussion board prompt.
Choose one of the six common sourcing strategies for your initial discussion board prompt; preferably one that has not been featured by another class colleague.
