Overview
For Project #1, explain how "Freezing Point Depression" relates to making home ice cream. For this project, you will need to do three separate trials to test the consistency, taste, etc., and explain the results of the ice cream after each trial. Also, take pictures of each trial while experimenting with a visual. Also, take photos of the ingredients needed and equipment before starting the experiment. The project will need to follow the scientific method, which I've provided as an example I sketched on a piece of paper. The pictures can be pasted into Microsoft PowerPoint, preferably with each trial explaining the results. I will include some resources for you to help with the completion of the project.
IMPORTANT: Use the Ice Cream in a Bag method pdf. file attached to perform the results and use the Freezing Point Depression Ice Cream Project Format docx file to input the results using the scientific method.
