Solo Journal Article Presentation

Overview

• You will present a primary research article from a reputable scientific journal that serves as one of the best pieces of evidence for one of the sides in the controversy you chose OR is one of the most interesting topics to you.
• Your presentation should be 20 minutes, which will be followed by Q&A and group discussion. Class members will help evaluate and discuss the presentation. Class member active participation is required for full credit. More details will be provided later in the semester to guide you in preparing this presentation.
• A graded rough draft of the presentation (worth the value listed in the syllabus) will be due to the professor no less than 1 week prior to the presentation day. The student will then meet with the professor to discuss the rough draft.
