Part 1. Choose two modules you enjoyed learning about (Note that Module 7 was designed for the midterm, so you should not choose it).
I enjoyed Module 2 as I learned about Classical Approaches and I enjoyed Module 8 as l learned about Workplace Relationships.
Part 2. Explain at least two things (e.g., concepts, theories, ideas) that you learned from each module. Make sure you specify which module you learned them from.
For Classical Approaches from Module 2 for the theory, it explains or expects what happens or what will happen. This module I learned Theory of Bureaucracy, Administrative Management Theory, and Scientific Management (“Taylorism”). For Workplace Relationships from Module 8 for the ideas. I see how Supervisors and Employees are different. Supervisors are those who are an employer, a manager, or a boss in the workplace. Employees are those who are workers, staff, or probably team members.
Part 3. Connect those four things and explain how you understand organizational communication better. What are the applications?
