Overview
From the First Days of School Book, read chapters 11 and 12, pages 80-99. Write a 2 page synopsis for each chapter. Include the following from each chapter:
For Chapter 11: Key Idea, Most and Least import factors, what effective and ineffective teachers do, What is classroom management?, characteristics of a well-managed classroom and techniques to help implement well managed classroom.
For Chapter 12: Key Idea, what it takes to be a ready teacher, what determines readiness, Truisms before doing anything, basic rules of organization.
