Read the 'Sample Return Policies' in figure 2.5 on page 75 of your textbook. Answer the questions that follow and are located in 'Work it out 2.2'. When answering, think of terms of the potential purchase and return of a textbook for a class you are enrolled in. Answers should total a minimum of 250 words for all requested information.
To be clear, the follow-up questions on page 75 in 'Work it out 2.2' are:

CASE STUDY
The questions that follow must be answered in a minimum of 100 words each. In addition, each student will ask two additional questions that would stimulate future conversation. The case studies shall be completed, on Blackboard, within the Discussion Board and then the corresponding forum.
****There is no need to answer submitted additional questions from a classmate. The assignment only calls for the asking of two additonal questions in addition to the already assigned questions that go with the Case Study.
