Prior to beginning work on this journal, review your final presentation and the feedback you received from your peers and instructor.
Introduction
At the completion of a presentation, it is always useful to review the presentation, evaluate the feedback, and identify lessons learned and areas for potential improvement. Many health care organizations have implemented a “lessons learned” element to all presentations in order to take advantage of the opportunity to improve. The purpose of this journal exercise is to give you an opportunity to reflect on your presentation, the feedback you received, and describe how you will apply the learned information to your next challenge and into your professional career.
Instructions
In your journal, answer the following questions:
- Based on peer feedback, what would you change?
- What would you leave the same?
- How will this presentation impact how you approach similar challenges in the future?
Carefully review the Grading RubricLinks to an external site. for the criteria that will be used to evaluate your assignment.
