Chapter 7 Quiz
The quiz this week will be a bit different than the traditional multiple choice quizzes thus far in the course. For this week's quiz, provide information pertaining to the following:
Provide your definition of a 'difficult customer'.
How do we successfully provide goods and services to an individual who we would consider to be a 'difficult customer'?
Is there ever a time when those goods and services cannot be succesfully delivered when working with a 'difficult customer'?
Submission must be a minimum of 250 words. The quiz should be posted in the 'Discussions' tab within the 'Chapter 7 Quiz' forum. Please post text within thread (do not attach document). Chapter 7 Quiz is due Sunday, March 31, 11:59
Evidence of Web Presence
Students will be required to showcase skills, talents, accomplishments online. This may be completed through a platform such as LinkedIn or something similar. Students may also choose to do something such as build a web page. There is much freedom to complete as long as it creates a presence online.
