Overview
Step one: Research statement - What question are you hoping to answer with this research? Pick an easy topic that can be surveyed quickly and has a broad audience. For example: Housing quality at drexel Dining Services, Parking, Sports Facilities. You could also consider a work issue, but remember, you will need about 25 completed surveys. A campus issue might be easier to collect the surveys.
Step Two: Copy of your survey in a document This should include demographic questions, as well as any open ended or scaled questions you may be asking. Keep the survey to around 10 questions total. Once you have completed the survey send it to another group to take the survey and provide feedback. Remember to ask the question you want answered. Don't use words such as, and/or in any question, if you are using these words you likely have two questions.
Step three : identify the major findings and begin to prepare your presentation of the findings.
