1. The importance of goal setting during the case management planning process.
2. Discuss three (3) main goals you would identify for family based on case study. Explain your rationale for choosing the goals.
3. Discuss at least one (1) objective for each of the three (3) goals you chose.
4. Discuss at least one (1) action step for each objective.
5. Use at least one (3) citations from the text book
