Objective
The goal of this assignment is to relate intercultural communication terms and concepts learned in COM 305 to your own current or future career path(s).
Instructions
After reviewing the assigned W4 reading, consider your own current or future career path(s). The goal of the Final Paper is to demonstrate how the knowledge you have learned in the course will improve your ability to maintain a positive identity when relating with co-workers, managers, and clients. First, you should analyze and discuss 3-5 ways intercultural communication could result in dysfunction that could potentially affect your current or future career negatively. Second, discuss how principles of intercultural communication can be applied to mitigate those dysfunctions and contribute to a positive identity.
