Overview
1 = You are now ready to develop evaluation procedures for your program. Your evaluation plan should include:
- systematic evaluation processes and procedures
- Types of informal evaluation opportunities to collect summative evaluation data
- Type(s) of evaluation to be used (e.g., goals- and objectives-based, levels of evaluation, expert review)
- How evaluation data are collected (e.g., observations, surveys, focus groups, etc)
- How ROI will be measured
- Criteria for continuation of program
2 = Your questions to consider after reading chapter 12:
- Outline the type of program format you will use for your training program, an example schedule, and how the program will be staffed.
- How does your training program align with the information in Chapter 9 of the organizational ethics textbook in building an ethical organization?
3 = Prepare a detailed budget for your training program.
4 = Read case study 10.1 (found in Chapter 10 of the textbook), then respond to the following:
What ethical responsibility did Purdue Pharma have in marketing OxyContin? What ethical issues in marketing are present in this case study? Apply specific ethical principles and strategies that could have prevented this situation.
Use the course reading to support your response.
