Overview
After you have explored the reading and materials in this week’s module, reflect upon the concepts and your own communication behavior. Consider your own past group experiences as you complete a 10-item scale on communication behaviors. In Chapter 1 of your text, complete Exercise 1.2 (screenshot attached). This will assess at a broad level, your small group communication behaviors. After determining areas of strength or areas for improvement, discuss how certain communication behaviors led to:
- a more pleasant working atmosphere,
- better relationships with group members,
- or more valuable/useful task outcomes.
