Reflect upon what you have learned about the three types of roles that operate in small group process and your own and others' communication behavior in past group experiences (does not have to be a work-related group, can be any group!). Identify the small group communication roles you enacted or observed in these group experiences. As you share these roles, provide examples and describe the communication. Be sure to use terminology offered in this week's resources and note the source (full APA citation is not required). Then share the impact this role behavior had on the group, considering both task and social dimensions.
