Overview
For the second paper, ten to fifteen (10-15) pages, you will describe and analyze the United States’ “targeted killing program” and recommend to the current administration that it be continued, ended, or modified. Regardless of your choice, you must provide supporting evidence.
1.Introduce what the Targeted Killing Program is. Why is it done? When did we start using it? Give me some examples (2.5 pg)
2.Cover the benefits of TKP, tell me an example or two of when TKP WORKED. (2.5 pg)
3.Cover the negatives of TKP, tell me an example or two of when you think TKP was unsuccessful or unnecessary. Tell me about the possible rights that TKP denies people. (2.5 pg)
4.Then, tell me YOUR opinion on TKP? Is it an overall good thing? How should it be regulated? What measurements do you think could be taken to ensure an ethical version of TKP (maybe with more judicial oversight and transparency). (2.5 pg)
