Submit a research paper and reflection about the topic: Motivation Theories in the Workplace
Your paper should be eight to ten pages long, not including your title page and references. See the following guidelines for additional details.
1. Use APA formatting (title page, references page, citations, margins, etc.)
2. Your research paper should include the following (at a minimum):
- Background on your topic
- Major researchers/contributors
- Overview of the topic - how does it influence organizations, leadership, management, etc.?
- Major applications of your topic
- References - at least three academic references
3. Reflection - approximately one to two pages should be a personal reflection on your topic. Why did you pick the topic? What did you learn, and how will it impact you in the future? Will it change any of your own thoughts, perceptions, or behaviors in the workplace?
Please make sure to do the assignment APA format. All assignments must be submitted in the correct APA format. APA guidelines require a cover page, and reference page when applicable. Also, the correct font is either 12-point Times New Roman or 11-Point Ariel, there are a few other font sizes that are part of the San serif that are approved; you can find them in the APA guidelines manual. Lastly, the first line of your paragraph should be indented and the entire paper should be double-spaced. Thank You!
