About me I’m a bachelor in business administration minor in Human Resources Management I currently have 4 children and I own my own business. I was employed in customer service for 3 plus years for the internal Revenue Department left there in 2024 and have had a successful business and now helping run my mom baking business so I could take over one day and create generational wealth.
Peer post:Hi Class,My name is Kiwana Jennings, and I am originally from Bermuda, but I currently reside in Baltimore, MD with my wonderful husband and our three beautiful girls. One unique aspect of my background is my commitment to community service, which has been a guiding principle in both my personal and professional life. I work for a nonprofit organization called Living Classrooms, where we focus on education and workforce development, providing young people with opportunities to succeed.As for my communication skills, I would rate myself as a 7 out of 10. I feel confident in my ability to engage and connect with others, but I recognize that there’s always room for improvement. One area of communication I would like to focus on throughout this course is improving my public speaking skills. Although I am comfortable speaking in smaller settings, I believe I can grow in delivering messages more effectively in larger or more formal environments.
