What general advice would you give to someone wondering how to answer the dreaded interview question: What are your weaknesses? What specifically would YOU personally answer and why?
What do you think employers generally are trying to find out when they say, “Tell me about yourself”? How should job seekers approach it in an interview?
Required: One main post, separated into at least two sections (250+ words total). Use the headings (titles): “The weakness question” and “Tell me about yourself”for the two sections. Place the headings above each section. Answer all questions. Reply to at least 2 other students (50+ words each).
