Think of a real-life, difficult person you had to deal with at school, at work, or in a private setting. How did the communication go with this person? Was your communication effective or ineffective? Based on what you have learned in this chapter, how could you improve your communication in this situation?
Required: One main post, separated into at least twosections (250+ words). Separate each section with a space.
