Our book is unique because it is an edited collection of many different articles. Because of this, we can't cite just the book. We have to cite the individual articles. Please find examples below.

Article in our book: Wood, J. T. (2019). Monsters and victims: Male felons’ accounts of intimate partner violence. In J. A. Linde & B. A. Edson (Eds.), The process of gender (4th ed., pp. 165–180). Kendall Hunt.

Article that is not part of a book: Stephenson, M. (2019). Title of article. Journal Title, 15(3), 5–13.

Intersectionality Article:

Collins, P. H. & Bilge, S. (2016). What is intersectionality? In Intersectionality: key concepts (pp. 1-30). Malden, MA: Polity Press

Lecture: (M. Stephenson, personal communication, January 29, 2022)

* Please note this is the format for citing in-text my lecture and our discussion in class. You do NOT include this in your

references. This is solely included as an in-text citation.
