Overview
It is an Executive Summary for the discussion forum.
Following the guidelines presented in class and on our website, we will draft an executive summary of the following recommendation report.
We will divide the report into four sections (and three groups/rows):
1. Background / problem / goal (group 1)
2. Methods (brief) (group 2)
3. Conclusions and Recommendations (group 3)
4. What's next: short paragraph explaining to your reader how you hope report will be used (group 2)
The Executive Summary will be based on this report: “Fire Ant Control: A Feasibility Study”.
The headings of the report should quickly guide you to the parts of the report you need to summarize. THAT said, you should scan the overall report to give your section the proper context.
In part one, post your sections by their name: Background (or Problem), Methods, Conclusions + Recommendations, and What's Next.

PART TWO
For Part Two, you will read your classmates' efforts and, taking and perhaps editing the parts you like the best, stitch them together into a full Executive Summary. Post that under your name.
