The One With the Evil Orthodontist Episode Narrative:
Please use this space to complete an episode narrative for this weeks episode: It should be three paragraphs. Each paragraph should be labeled as such: Theme and Character Development.
1. Theme: This paragraph should be up to you to pick what you believe was the "common thread" within the episode. Meaning, was romance the major focus, or maybe new beginnings, or maybe loss. You choose what you believe is the common thread.
2. Character Development: This paragraph is where you choose 1 of the 6 main characters and discuss something new you learned about them this episode that helps you to learn about who they are as a person.
Campus Connection Assignment: Self Care
This week we talked a lot about self care and the importance of mental wellness. When it comes to self care there's lots of research on the importance of it and why it matters. Additionally, there are 7 pillars of self care. This article is a great illustrator of the the different pillars : https://theblissfulmind.com/pillars-of-self-care/. I'd like you to list out the pillars and list three things that you do to practice self care in that area. One of those three things must be a resource you can find on campus. For example visiting the interfaith center is a great way to take care of yourself spiritually.

Weekly Reading Reponse
Please complete the three critical thinking questions that tie the reading for the week. They may also tie in to the episodes you viewed for the week. Each of the three questions should be answered in full paragraphs. 5-10 sentences at least is what i should see for a paragraph. Be thorough and detailed and always operate under the theory that the more the merrier.
This weeks questions:
1. Describe what healthy fighting looks like. Then define what unhealthy fighting looks like.
2. Use a fight we have seen in the show (like the time Monica and Phoebe fought over the man in the coma or When Joey fought with his dad about the affair he was having) and describe why it was a. You are welcome to use other seasons of the show to give an example of a health fight.
3. Has their been a conflict in the show that resolved in a way that you felt was unrealistic. Like when Joey dated Pheobe's sister. Write how you feel it should have been resolved in a more realistic way. You are welcome to use conflicts from other seasons of the show to answer this :)
