How a team leader initiates a team and its first meeting can be instrumental to the team’s success. An initial dilemma that a team leader may face is deciding whether to first meet with the team collectively or meet with team members individually. After reviewing the E.I. - Explain why the team’s first meeting is important for the team’s success.

- Explain the advantages and disadvantages of the approach you chose.
