4. Full Responsibility: Progressively become fully responsible for facilitating the educational programs, for a minimum of 15 days. This involves planning and implementing the program for the whole group of children. Full responsibility duties should be fully clarified and outlined with your mentor according to what they consider as suitable, however transitions and group times are highly recommended.
5. Full Responsibility Reflection: Write a ‘full responsibility reflection’. Include: 1) list of performed duties, 2) your strengths while taking full responsibilities, and 3) areas to work on.
