Overview
Using the reading, please interview a supervisor, subordinate, co-worker or friend (preferably someone from a workplace setting). You will ask the three questions posed in the attached article for the week. The takeaway from the exercise is to see your habits and behaviors through the lens of someone else. Your project will consist of these responses contained in a two and half page APA style paper. Include how you felt about the responses, and an implementation plan for your interviewee's recommendations as well as how you believe making these changes will make you a better leader. Include at least three reliable scholarly journal sources.
