Overview

This assignment will allow you to become familiar with some important physical features in North America. This material will be included on the 2nd exam.

Assignment

Use an atlas and your text to determine the locations of the following features. Use a separate map for each feature type (mountains, water...) and label the feature using its full name. Add any symbols, arrows and color schemes necessary to aid in the readability of your maps. Your maps should be as accurate and as neat as possible.

You may wish to obtain additional/different maps to complete this exercise.

Submission

Submit this completed exercise in CANVAS. Some of you will choose to print out the worksheet (attached in Word and PDF format), complete it by hand, and then take a picture or scan of work for submission. If you do not have a printer or want to complete digitally, you can utilize a word-processing program and its associated text and graphic tools. I am also open to other inventive ways to submit this information. Be creative and use your skills.
