Overview
For the final project, you should review the materials and concepts regarding the leadership in the public safety landscape. Then, identify your own leadership strengths and weaknesses in each area. Please include ways to improve in areas of weakness and you will share and your implement strengths in a leadership role. The paper should be written through the lens of public safety but does not have to be policing, specifically. The paper should be three pages in length (Cover and References pages excluded) and must include at least three reliable scholarly journal sources to demonstrate the connection between leadership research and self-reflection, problem solving and goal setting. APA format is required with proper citations.
