Overview
Requirements:
- 6-8 pages of written text, double-spaced, 12 pt. font (does not include cover page or reference page)
- Cover page
- Reference page
- Focus on an organization you are currently involved with or have been involved with in the past
- Introduction (organization and your relationship with). Organization does not have to be identified by name. If that is the case, the organization must be identified in some manner so that the reader understands references to, during the discussion.
- Recognize potential leadership shortcomings within the organization introduced and how those shortcomings may be addressed via techniques brought forth, within the course in some way (includes completed assignments), over the semester
- Explanation and critical thought are highly valued
