Choose one of the two videos below to watch and upon which to reflect. Research and find one journal article related to multicultural counseling. After viewing the video and reading the article, write a reflection, identifying at least three takeaways from the video that will help shape your vision of what a culturally competent counselor or clinician is and does. In so doing, answer this question: “How can cultural competence regarding age, color, disability, ethnic identity, gender identity, different languages, religious and spiritual practices, sexual orientation, and socioeconomic status benefit clinicians in their work with diverse clients?” Choose an appropriate title for your paper, which must have an APA-formatted title and reference pages and be 1½ – 2 pages in length. Your chosen video and article must both be cited.
