You will take two (2) risk assessments this week. A diabetes risk and cancer risk assessment. Examples of the submission are provided below...
Part 1 - Cancer Assessment (for this assessment choose one of the cancer assessments and report back)
1. Select an cancer assessment.

2. Answer all the question to obtain your result.
3. Save a screenshot of the results only as a .png, .jpeg, or .pdf and submit for credit.

Part II - Diabetes Assessment for Yourself
1. Click on Link to access assessment and answer all questions.

2. When you finish you can have your results emailed or click "View Your Results Online" beneath the "Email My Results" button.
