This assignment is the first deliverable for the CEO Executive Compensation Project. Create an annotated bibliography using eight (8) resources you may use in your individual paper. Ultimately, however, whether you decide to use all 8 sources in your final paper is up to you.

You should review the M3: Final Position Paper, CEO Executive Compensation Project assignment page to make sure you are familiar with the paper requirements and to help you get started collecting sources for your annotated bibliography.

Use the CSUMB Library and/or Google Scholar to locate at least eight sources (i.e. journal articles or reports) you are planning to use in your individual paper.
- Four (4) of the sources must be primary or secondary sources
- All sources must be high quality and written for either an academic or professional audience.
- All sources must be cited in APA compliance.
Provide an annotated bibliographic entry for each article. Use APA citation format.
Write a paragraph annotation for each source. Your annotations should be more than a summary or mention of a few relevant facts. Each paragraph should have several sentences summarizing the main points or ideas of the article. You should then include a discussion on the quality of the source, what information is of particular interest, and how it relates to your own research topic

Requirements

Submit your annotated bibliography, following APA format.
Your Word document must include:
- Header: Last Name and Page # aligned right
- Title (centered): Annotated Bibliography
Note that you will need to revise your annotated bibliography based on your instructor's feedback and submit it with your position paper final draft.
