Identify and include all these elements in the behavior plan
- Interfering Behaviors – Positive Behavior Supports, Strategies, and Interventions, who, where will these strategies be employed?
- Provide a sample of the positive behavior support strategies
- Collaborative efforts in implementing the plan (checks & balances)
