You will use your personal assessment results to complete this week's VT assignment and this reflection paper.

- What is Emotional Intelligence? How is EQ different than IQ?
- Analyze your personal strengths and weaknesses based on your assessment. Discuss which competencies need to be developed to increase your Emotional Intelligence. (Make sure to specifically reference your own EQ 2.0 results)
- List at least three strategies you will try to implement
- How can your Emotional Intelligence be used to support the people and teams that you work with towards their own goals? (Make sure to specifically reference your own EQ 2.0 results)
