Read Chapter 13, then watch Nikole's last lecture and submit your reflection questions.
This week's Reflection Questions include the following:
- There are guidelines for Civil Dialogue noted on page 387-389 of our text. Review these guidelines and choose three that you find can be particularly helpful in creating a more positive communication climate in both one personal and one professional relationship. How do these guidelines adjust based on the relationship you are in?
- As we complete the course readings, what are two most interesting concepts that you have learned throughout the term that you have not considered as part of effective interpersonal communication? What do these provide you in your future relationships?
Answers should be written in paragraph format. I am interested in your own thoughts and ideas. Consider including connections to course material to further justify your points.
