Bullying has been a central issue in schools for decades.
Review Seth’s Law and reflect on the issue of bullying presented in your mock SST group discussions as well as your lived experience with bullying, both from the perspective of a student and in your role as a counselor. You are now tasked with completing research on Anti-Bullying programs to address this problem as it exists in your mock school. You will use this research to inform your Signature Project, so be sure to find and review quality resources that provide real ideas for how to change school climates and minimize or eliminate bullying on a school campus.
Instructions
Individual tasks:
- Each group member will conduct research and find 3 current (less than 5 years old) articles that focus on anti-bullying and SEL.
Group Task:
- The members of the group will then select a total of 4 articles from the group to be used in as the foundation for the Signature Assignment. These four Annotated Bibliography entries should be compiled in a separate Annotated Bibliography.
Note: Each student should submit both their own Annotated Bibliography and the group Annotated Bibliography.
