Develop a plan to seek an international partnership with a specific international business or consulting firm. This project will be a culmination of a series of work throughout the next few weeks of the course.
This week, turn your focus to the success measures and expected outcomes from expanding your network with the businesses and/or consulting firms you previously identified. Write a 1-page, informational plan that answers the following questions:
How will you measure levels of success?
What are your predictive outcomes (aka, what do you anticipate will happen as a result of executing this plan)?
- What are the obstacles that could prevent success/outcomes?
- Political, financial, technological, ideological, logistical, experiential, religious, et al.
