Initial Assignment – due by Sunday, February 16th 1. Pick three (3) publicly traded companies (companies that trade on a stock exchange) that you’d like to follow a. Choose based on things like; you are interested in the company; the industry; maybe you have family members work there; you like where they are located, etc 2. List the company and its ticker symbol, its stock price as of close of trading on Friday, Feb 14th (markets close at 4p), and then a short write up on what the company does, and also why you want to follow them. 3.
