Overview
The dataset above contains information about the panel for four PCPs, with each observation corresponding to a patient. Observations have basic information about the patient (age, risk score, and gender), as well as the necessary information to calculate two quality measures for each: Diabetes Screening Rate, and Colorectal Cancer Screening Rate.

You can just add a comment in your DO-file with the answer to each question by either using the di command, or by adding a comment in your code.

Alternatively, you can submit a word document with the answers in addition to the DO-file, but incorporating the answers in the DO-file is preferred. Please make sure your DO-file shows all the commands that were used to obtain your answers (and not just the answers). Submissions without a DO-file will not be graded.
