Week 5 Discussion Forum: As a Healthcare Leader, What Would You Do?
It is not uncommon today that health care organizations not only have a stake in health care insurance but certainly the expense of health care delivery. However, both of these are integrally interwoven. As a leader in health care how would you manage some of the dynamics seen in the expense side of the delivery of health care? Also, how would you manage some of the issues/expenses found in health care insurance?

In addition there are links to other articles and power point presentations dealing with costs. 1 and 3 should be explored for greater knowledge in the area of health care costs.
